We all know the horror stories that surround bad plumbing and gas fitting jobs. Shoddy work is dangerous and very, very expensive to rectify. At Factotum Homes, we tackle any size of job from a dripping tap to a new central heating system.

To make sure that every step of every job is perfect we only ever use our own highly experienced team. You'll find that they are energetic, articulate and passionate about nitty gritty detail.

And from start to finish we are very, very careful.

What's more, all our work carries a 1 year warranty and all appliances such as boilers carry a warranty of between 2 and 5 years.

All our gas fitters are Gas Safe registered. And they are charming chaps - if a little too obsessed with detail.
