Boring but important

For letting purposes all properties in Scotland of three or more bedrooms must have a Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) License. To be granted an HMO you must ensure that all your certificates for electricity, gas and fire (PAT, PIR, GSC, FSA) are all ship shape and Bristol fashion.
